Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group – Europe Division is looking for a VIE Career, Training & Development Officer (m/f) for its site in Roermond – The Netherlands.

The main missions of the role are:

  • Ensure that Faurecia management development tools are properly used to promote diversity, functional and geographic mobility at Cluster Level

  • Assist operational managers in order to fulfil their staffing needs, facilitating internal mobility and transition or external recruitments and follow-up integration of new employees

  • Manage the career, development and training of Managers and Professionals within the plant, in line with the Faurecia human resources policies and practices

  • Elaborate, manage and follow the organization training plan according to a needs analysis

  • Organize, monitor and evaluate training programs to enhance training efficiency

  • Ensure that employees have the skills and competencies to perform their job duties

  • Anticipate and assess potential learning needs; propose adequate training in order to facilitate internal mobility

  • Liaise with Faurecia University for deployment & follow-up of corporate training programs

  • Handle legal requirements regarding training

  • (May) act as trainer for some internal training sessions

  • Counsel HR on medium and long term HR action plans, KPI’s and feedback in order to align Faurecia business decisions to local needs

The length of the VIE is 12 months (could be renewed once until 24 months).

The ideal candidate will have/be:


  • Master’s degree with a specialization in Human Resources
  • Knowledge of HR aspects with some experience in Training and Development
  • Knowledge of learning principles and facilitation, preferable in an industrial environment
  • Results oriented  with strong written and oral communications skills
  • International mind set
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
