Our NNP Group department is looking for a Non Production Purchasing Commodity Buyer Real Estate and Construction for Westerne Europe based in France  at Etampes (91) .
The role of a NPP Commodity Buyer is to build and implement the Group purchasing strategy within his/her specific commodities, under the coordination of the Global Commodity Manager. The main missions of the role are to:
▪ Strategy
o Develop market intelligence
o Contribute to the Group NPP Purchasing Strategy and deploy it across BG’s, working within the Commodity team
▪ Supplier Management
o Define and manage the supplier panel
o Develop a real partnership and lead framework agreement
▪ Projects and contracts
o Take in charge projects in construction and Real Estate, involving when necessary external parnters (such as Real Estate partners, technical control offices,….) according to the rules and procedure of the company
o Negotiate corporate contracts according to the standards
o Lead implementation of contracts resulting of these projects
o Define and manage deployment and communication plan in all regions
o Consolidate follow-up and reporting for these projects and contracts
▪ Knowledge management and Tools. Use and get used the tools implemented by the Group, such as :
o Tools for RFI, RFQ,
o Contract database for the record and management of the contracts
o PAP for the project follow-up and saving reporting
o Spend database, Magnitude for the purchases statistics
o Kompass database, Dun & Bradstreet financial investigations
The ideal candidate will have/be:

▪ Masters degree in engineering with a specialisation in international building design and construction
▪ 2 to 4 years experience in sale/purchasing of construction contracts in an industrial engineering or construction company
▪ Knowledge of industrial building engineering and construction contracts negotiation mandatory
▪ Experience in project management
▪ Good ability to use excel, word and powerpoint
▪ Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills
▪ Ability to work in a matrixed organisation, team player, high negotiation skills both internal and external
▪ International mind set, overseas experience a plus
▪ Fluency in german, english and french, another language (spanish, protuguese)
▪ The knowledge of the Real Estate market and of its actors
