Our Clean Mobility Division is looking for a FES&P Engineer (Faurecia Excellence System & Productivity) for its Columbus South Manufacturing Plant located in Columbus, Indiana, USA.
 
The FES&P Engineer liaises with Group Experts to ensure their own knowledg of Group Standards and best practices is developed. The main missions of are to:
  • Provide FES expertise and experience, to assist the Operations Directors and Plant Managers, to build the Site "Breakthrough Plan" ensuring the appropriate priorities are set for "process" changes and related steps to achieve target.
  • As set within the Site "Breakthrough Plan", support the Management structure, if required, in the application of FES methodologies and tools through their active training and coaching on the Shopfloor.
  • Provide according to necessity, additional FES knowledge's and skills to Managers and to FES Specialist in plants.
  • FES Principles and Standards: Managers ensure the correct daily usage of the FES standards; FES Specialists ensure FES standards are used.
  • Verify if FES Principles are applied in Programs from design stage.
  • Propose and promote best practices both within the Division and the Group.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • Minimum 5, of FES (or equivalent) practice at Plant level
  • Has a recognized experience and ability to improve process KPIs in a plant by using FES principles
  • Masters degree or equivalent level of experience
  • Very good interpersonal relationship skills and trainer's skills
  • Minimum bi-lingual (fluent English mandatory)
  • Accept frequent business travel
