Our [Division] is looking for a  Deputy Production Control&Logistics Manager for its [Site Type] at [Location].
 
The role of a Deputy Production Control&Logistics Manager is to manage logistics activities of a plant and deploy the Group's Production Control&Logistics (PC&L) policy. The main missions of the role are to:

  • Ensure customer delivery: drive and supervise inbound and supermarkets feeding, communicate all deliveries failures/risks, contribute to Suppliers Misdeliveries per Million (MPM) reduction.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of stocking areas, supermarkets feeding, supervise the unloading of pieces and measure suppliers MPM and manage a warning system in picking zone.
  •  Apply PC&L methods and tools to achieve higher productivity.
  • Implement PC&L standards such as Material Information Flow Analysis (MIFA), Milk runs, leveling, etc.
  • Coordinate the planning and the implementation of productivity activities within the PC&L Plant organization.
  • Drive the PC&L Improvement activities and team.

Education
  • University degree with a specialization in logistics or equivalent experience
     
    Professional experience (years and area of experience)
  • Work experience in similar or relevant position (5 years preferred)
  • Experience in production in an industrial environment
     
    Professional knowledge
  • Logistics and financial tools
  • Overview of logistics processes
     
     
    Language knowledge level (e.g.fluent for daily communication on a proffesional level, intermidiate for internal communication, basic communication within the team, technical terminology knowledge, as an advantage but not necessary)
  • English  -    fluent for daily communication/documentation
       Czech    -    fluent for daily communication/documentation
    PC skills
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Access) - Advanced
SAP / XPPS - Advantage
