The Productivity and Maintenance Manager is responsible for influencing the organization to optimize asset life cycle costs through defining consistent maintenance processes, developing tools and technologies to support these processes at optimal cost, and delivering training to ensure competencies throughout the organization.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
 
Lead for Safety Excellence
  • Maintain focus on safety in all TPM efforts
  • Use TPM methodologies to continue march to zero incidents
  • Adhere to and continuously improve all safety policies, procedures, and standards
 
Lead the Business TPM Network
  • Build a team of highly trained maintenance professionals across the manufacturing sites.
  • Ensure needed skills are available to achieve the maintenance objectives by assessing the needs and providing necessary training to close gaps.
  • Provide coaching for maintenance leaders to drive continuous improvement in their organizations.
  • Implement process to assure effective best practice sharing and accelerate mutual progress
  • Serve as mentor/coach to develop excellence in use of TPM methodologies and change leadership
  • Lead, coach, and solicit input from team members to drive successful execution of global, division and plant goals
  • Facilitate / coordinate training, as needed
 
Deploy the TPM Strategy 
  • Deploy Faurecia standard methodologies, tools and systems across the organization though effective people change management and assessment & audit processes.
  • Ensures efficient and effective Planning and Scheduling with adherence to practices and standards.
  • Ensure value-added preventative maintenance plans are in-place for all assets. Guide efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems.
  • Support and drive root cause analysis, and measure the effectiveness of corrective action(s)
  • Provide direction for the materials management function to optimize spare parts inventory levels and ensure that the customer service level for maintenance is achieved.
  • Work with Project Engineering to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified capital installations. Participates in the development of design and installation specifications along with commissioning plans.
  • Enhance the usage of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Material Management (MM) modules to ensure data integrity, KPI reporting, cost reporting, PM program, planning & scheduling, equipment master data, and parts master data.

Drive Manufacturing Productivity 

  • Manufacturing cost (MFC) network animation: Insure good communication & organize regular workshops in plants to improve MFC performance (productivity actions)
  • Develop strategies and tactics to improve business results through development and execution of TPM efforts across the Faurecia AST network
  • Ensure the digitization and analytics plan is developed and deployed across the AST division.
  • Gather manufacturing cost good practice in his perimeter, and communicate to his perimeter & FIS
  • Deploy MFC Good practice & roadmaps

The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading TPM implementation program and guiding plant maintenance organizations along a path of continuous improvement toward maintenance excellence.
