Our IT department (Group Information Systems) is looking for his/her FCS L1 Central Support to be based in Puebla.
 
The L1 FCS Functional Support Team is the first line of functional and technical support for end users and key interface between them and the L2 FCS Regional support teems. Working in close relationships with Helpdesk and FCS L2 Regional teams to improve the time to resolution
 
Main Duties:
 
The FCS L1 Central Support Leader has to :
  • Conduct the FCS L1 team with members working on different sites
  • Constitute key interfaces between Helpdesk and FCS L2 Regional teams in terms of FCS support
  • Organize a distributed team establishing the collaboration-rules and -processes, knowledge transfer inside the team and as well to Helpdesk agents
  • Identify continuous improvement ideas and active promotion of better usage of FCS standards are key to success for the service delivery of the team.

Skills and Knowhow:

  • Knowledge in ERP basic functions like sales, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, finance and controlling
  • 1 year overall experience in SAP
  • Basic business knowledge in automotive industry processes like EDI and customer flows.
  • Native language and English

     

The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • Knowledge in ERP functions like sales, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, finance and controlling.
  • 3+ years overall experience in SAP support in various domains.
  • Business knowledge in automotive industry processes like EDI and customer flows.
  • Good communication and expression skills in an international environment. Written and oral.
  • Leader and management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask. Flexibility and adaptability in work approach.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative environment.
      • International mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to describe and conduct the problem.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Native language and English
