Our Interiors Division is looking for a Financial Analyst for its production facility in Blue Springs, MO.
Essential responsibilities and duties
The primary responsibility of a Financial Analyst is to provide oversight and support for the company.  The core job of such position is to maintain accruals, oversee analyze AR and AP, and other monthly accruaals for the consolidated operations.  Other tasks may include:
▪     Making use of spreadsheets and different statistical softwares in order to analyze variance to forecast and or budget
▪     Oversee intern
▪     Process Group misc fringe benefit invoices for all locations, validate charges and or make accruals as needed.
▪     Maintain monthly labor and fringe benefit schedule for all locations, make accruals as necessary
▪     Prepare journal entry for PPA ( R & D amortization)
▪     30 days after month end resolve all past due AR and AP items for all locations
▪     Validate all cash applications charged to sales
▪     Monitor misc AR write offs and resolve price discrepancies
▪     Reconcile AR other and accrued AP monthly
▪     Analyze new program launch costs and track progess
▪     Responsible for tracking all vendor chargebacks
▪     Oversee record retention/archives
▪     Ensure compliance with the 11 Faurecia Internal Control Basics
▪     Assist in other special projects and assignments as needed by the company
The ideal candidate will have/be:
▪     Business School with a Finance degree or Masters degree in Finance
▪     2 to 5 years of professinal experience
▪     Good accounting knowledge
▪     Superior analytical skills
▪     Result and detail oriented
▪     Great organizational skills
▪     Computer literate with good knowledge of IT systems
▪     Strong teamwork sense
▪     Strong communication skills (both in written and oral form)
▪     Minimum bi-lingual (proficient level of English required)
