Our Business Group Faurecia Interiors, which develops and produces dashboards, center consoles, cockpit and door panels, is looking for a HR Controller for its Méru R&D Center (Hauts-de-France). You will join Engineering Division (1800 employees in the world) for a fixed term contract of 6 months from April 1st 2019.
Job Description:
Reporting directly to the HRD (Human Resources Director) Global Engineering, you will integrate a team of 4 enthusiastic people and motivated by new challenges.
You will animate a network of HR controllers present in 7 countries, in order to ensure realization of monthly HR reporting of the Division. You will be the main contact to answer headquarters’ request concerning HR Data of Engineering Division.
Finally, you will support the managers present in our R&D center on HR’s tools using. (Recruitments, Annuals interviews)
You will work on an international context, being fluent in English is necessary.
The main tasks of the HR Controller will be to:
- Consolidate relevant HR information for Engineering (Headcounts, KPIs)
- Support Management Team to build Strategic Plan, Budget and Forecast,
- Collaborate with Finance Community to ensure consistency of HR and Finance data,
- Be the entry point of Engineering for reporting for BG HR,
- Collaborate and support Local HR Correspondents in preparing Engineering HR Data,
- Support HR correspondents in the use of HRIS tools (e-recruitment, e-talent management / HR systems),
- Train new HR users in the Engineering perimeter
The ideal candidate will have / be:
  • Master’s Degree in HR School or equivalent,
  • Minimum 1 year’s experiences in reporting / HR Management
  • High level of proficiency with HR Information Systems and Tools and Excel (Advanced function, Pivot Table, Graphics)
  • You are known for your enthusiasm, curiosity and your ability to be proactive
  • Strong analytical skills combined with synthesis abilities
  • Fast learner to quickly gain knowledge of the business, functions and organization within the Engineering perimeter,
  • Fluent English
