Our Interiors NAO is looking for a HRIS Reporting & Analytics Manager  for its Technical Center at Auburn Hills, MI.
 
The role of a HRIS Reporting & Analytics Manager responsibilities include using various systems, and caring for multiple databases. The main missions of the role are to:
  • Strong interaction with the other Faurecia US/European operations, to communicate in terms of a globally adapted HR-system issue.

  • Consolidation and coordination of all HR-related reports for the Division in Metis and other systems, including the consolidation of budget and strategic plan process

  • Detection and analysis of deviations

  • Oversee monthly HRIS interface and run various reports to prevent errors

  • Coordinate month end Headcount and KPI review meetings with sites

  • Consolidate and prepare data for monthly board meetings

  • Processing of requests from France concerning reporting, headcount, indicators, etc.

  • Care of personnel HRIS database and support of sites

  • Key user and contact person for all HRIS issues

The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Finance, required

  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS, reporting, or finance driven field

  • Strong ability to communicate efficiently with all levels of management, and co-workers

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and reporting mechanisms including data & analytics

  • Strong communications skills

  • Sensitive treatment of confidential information
