Our Clean Mobility Division is seeking Human Resource Manager to support multiple facilities across multiple states or within a region. This role will be based at our Toledo, Ohio manufacturing facility.   
The role of a Human Resources Manager is to implement strategic human resources policies and tools, and to provide support to management of multiple facilities on human resources related items in accordance to Faurecia’s policies and procedures.  The main responsibilities of the role are to:

  • Functional Excellence: Manage HR topics in line with business objectives through effective execution of human resources strategies in support of the Plant Improvement Plans across multiple facilities on in the areas of talent acquisition, talent and organizational development, employee and labor relations, and benefits & compensation. 
  • Team Collaboration: Develop and deploy action plans within function that align to business initiatives. Works with cross functional teams, other plant human resource teams, Division and Country human resources members to ensure the effective delivery of functional support/services to the business. Leads, develops and deploys a team of generalist and administrative talent within multiple locations.
  • Business Systems: Manage multi-site Faurecia Excellence System’s human resources chapters to obtain and maintain A-level rank.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee management in all talent acquisitions activities including but not limited to talent staffing and talent pipeline development, high school and university relations, and community partnerships.
  • Talent and Organizational Development:  Lead talent and salary review processes and ensure appropriate linkages with broader functional and business reviews. Work with management team to drive talent development (mentoring, leadership, training and development programs etc.)
  • Employee Experience: Establish activities that support the work environment of Being Faurecia. Acts with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as with autonomy and accountability. Establishes monitors and takes corrective action to ensure the effectiveness of employee relations programs and policies.
    • Recommend and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee handbooks, and/or meetings.
    • Provide advice and counsel to management in all employee relations matters.
    • Assist management in the development and implementation of employee engagement activities.
  • Labor Relations: Ensure a positive, collaborative labor relations environment. Drives positive employee & labor relations including delivering Positive Employee Relations training & process, administer collective bargaining agreements, and manage grievance process. Anticipate labor relations issues, concerns and needs based on business strategies and internal and external environmental and competitive factors. 
  • Administration
    • Responsible for accurate financial reporting and forecasting. 
    • Responsible to maintain data accuracy in master systems of records in accordance to Faurecia standards.  
    • Manage payroll and administration processes are in accordance to the internal control requirements.
    • Support benefit administration and mobility processes.
    • Ensure employment activities are in accordance with immigration and employment laws and regulations.
    • .Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the Company.  
  • Responsible for conducting their job within the Faurecia standards.
  • Committed to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Code of Ethics and Code of Management.
  • Counsel management on Federal and State employment law, and ensure full respect of Health, Safety and Environmental rules and regulations.

  • Extensive knowledge of employment laws
  • Extensive labor relations, grievance management, and negotiation experience
  • Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation
  • Mastery level of  organizational skills
  • Service-oriented communication skills in a highly matrix organization
  • Performance in accordance with the Faurecia core competencies.
  • Sensitive treatment of confidential information


  • Demonstrated ability to conduct mediation
  • Ability to demonstrate managerial courage with all levels of management

Education / Experience:

·    Master’s and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources

·   7 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
