Our Faurecia University Campus is looking for an Intern - Community Manager (F/M) in Nanterre.

Faurecia has launch “new ways of working” program to empower the collective intelligence of its 40 000 thousands employees supported by an Enterprise Social Network. Everyday employees are sharing knowledge, co-creating, solving problems, and identifying expertise across the world about the future of the automotive industry, about industrial 4.0, leadership trends.... This program is driven by Faurecia University, HR Group.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join us as a Community Manager trainee to help us grow the adoption and the engagement on both our Intern Social network platform and spread the words on external social media. The community manager will be in contact with users from all over the world.

 

The main missions of the role are to:
  • Participate to build the right communication strategy to target our different audiences

  • Write blogs or help our leaders to write blog posts on trendy topics (future of work, automotive revolution...)

  • Update our social channels (internal social network, Instagram, LinkedIn) for company properties

  • Design graphical content (infographics)

  • Create short videos

  • Curate content about future of work to be shared in collections and blog posts

  • Participate to the animation of our Digital collaboration ambassadors network

  • Deliver end user training on the use of collaboration tools (Skype, Jive…)

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Pursuing a bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Writing, Media, Filmmaking, Graphic Design, or a related field.

  • Excellent writing and communications skills – English will be your main language for daily operations

  • Fluency with all major social media platforms

  • Strong organizational abilities

  • A curious & creative mindset, positive attitude & excellent interpersonal contact

  • Basic HTML skills preferred (but not required)
