Our Faurecia University department is looking for an Intern – Reverse Mentoring Project Manager (M/F), in Nanterre.

Faurecia is a leading company in the Automotive Industry currently living an unprecedented transformation.


One year and a half ago Faurecia launched the Digital Reverse Mentoring Program to:

  • Develop digital awareness of Faurecia's leaders

  • Facilitate digital tools & mindset appropriation

  • Highlight young professionals' knowledge & value for the company

  • Ease corporate culture transmission among young talents


So far the program is a success with nearly 200 participants all around the world. To accelerate & make this opportunity available to as many people as possible, Faurecia needs an enthusiastic and driven Project manager intern / apprentice for the upcoming months.


The Project manager's missions:

  • Manage & engage the mentors & mentees community

  • Design & execute communication plans

  • Recruit participants (mentors & mentees) in the Digital mentoring program

  • Plan digital mentor training sessions with our partner

  • Manage the relationship & follow up with the mentors, mentees & partners


The Project Manager trainee we are looking for should:

  • Pursuing a bachelor or master’s degree in Project management, Marketing, Communications, Business development, Community Management or a related field.

  • Ability to design graphical content (such as infographics, email campaigns, etc.)

  • Basic HTML skills would be an additional asset

  • Have a strong appetite for communication either in face-to-face or digitally: writing, public-speaking & interacting with others will be part of your daily activities

  • Be people oriented & empathetic to easily connect with our heterogeneous audience

  • Demonstrate excellent organization skills: planning, following-up and keeping track of the implemented actions will be key for the success of the program development

  • Speak & write English fluently - other additional languages are also welcome
