Our HR team is looking for a HR Change Management Intern for the Group’s Headquarter based in Nanterre. The role of the successful candidate will be to support the Group’s ambitious project to completely rebuild its HR systems in order to support the transformation of both the HR function as well as how people management is done at Faurecia. The main topic of this internship will be to support all Change Management activities in preparation of the global deployment of the full suite of SuccessFactors products from SAP.




In this context, the candidate will have the opportunity to work on different topics:


Provide support to the building of the Training Plan

  • Plan and organise the training sessions of the Master Training sessions
  • Plan and organise the Key Users Training sessions
  • Follow up of the training sessions worldwide

Building the training materials

  • Training materials per target group
  • Implement Quick Reference Guides
  • Set up of WalkMe (Digital Adoption tool) and creation of Walkthroughs

Provide project management to ensure the effective organisation and follow-up of the project:

  • Tracking progress and keeping the overall project plan and sub-plans (i.e. Change Management Plan) up to date
  • Task management, formalising new tasks and ensuring the existing tasks are completed on time

Support the project team in tasks related to Change Management

  • Build a support site for the end users on Jive and keep the Project website up to dat
  • Communication actions


 The ideal candidate will have/be:


  • Bac+4/5 in Human Resources

  • English mandatory, French is beneficial

  • Good knowledge of Pack Office (MS Excel, Powerpoint)

  • A first experience in HR and/or Project Management would be appreciated

  • Autonomy, team player, ability to adjust quickly

  • Strong intercultural and communication skills

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills

  • Self-starter with a strong drive for results

  • Interested to be a part of an international project
