The Investor Relations Deputy will be the interface between the Group and the financial markets. He/she must ensure the reliability of the information delivered to financial investors.

Main responsibilities :

  • Fully in charge of the communication with SRI (Socially Responsible Investments) analyst

  • Prepare the team’s monthly activity report which is presented to the Executive Committee. It includes how many investors the team has met and where, what were the main questions asked, update the stock price chart (absolute performance, relative performance vs peers), update the earnings consensus and also the upcoming schedule.

  • Benchmarking : Track & update our peer’s financial performance (growth & profitability) every quarter. The financial model is presented by the CFO to the Executive Committee twice a year and to the Board of Directors once a year

  • Collect the financial data from various internal sources in order to prepare the reports for the financial community (External & Internal) 

  • Roadshows preparation: Retrieve the Investor’s profile, when was the last interaction, what were the topics discussed….

  • Prepare the quarterly presentation to Board of Directors which is including our share price performance versus our peers, the consensus evolution, and some ad-hoc request. 

  • Ensure the earnings consensus outsourced to a third party is accurate

  • Update our contact data base.



Technical skills and experience :


  • Financial background (Business school) or university degree specialized in finance with 5 year experience in financial controlling
  • Reactive and respectful of short deadlines
  • Fluent in  English and comfortable in an international environment
  • Demonstrating consistency and skills for synthesis
  • Good drafting skills
  • Organized, agile
  • Intellectual curiosity, read the financial press
  • Good human relation skills, in constant contacts with top management (CEO, CFO, …)
  • Political savvy
  • Able to deal with confidential information
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
