Our IT department (Group Information Systems) is looking for an IT Forensic Engineer (m/f) to be located in Etampes (91) - France.

 
The main role of the IT Forensic Engineer is to run IT Forensic & Security related projects, to provide legal mail archiving process support & improvement and to respond timely to request to ensure business continuity & eDiscovery: MS Exchange & Active Directory, Symantec Enterprise Vault.
 
The main missions of the role are to:
  • Participate in the study phase and the evolution for new technologies and systems.
  • Create and maintain documentation.
  • Perform trainings for local and central IT operations teams.
  • Identify and implement best practices in Forensic area.
  • Monitor market for new technologies and drive investigations.
  • Respond timely to request related with investigations.
  • Participate in projects of other IT departments.
 
The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in IT related field.
  • Understanding of APT threats such as malware, ramsonware….
  • Competencies or special know-how in:
  • Microsoft Technologies (Active Directory, Exchange, Symantec Vault)
  • Knowledge of common network, operating systems and E-Mail protocols
  • Script development (VB, PowerShell)
  • Evidence acquisition tool for legal copies (Tableau, Cellebrite…) and Investigation Software (Encase, …)
  • Ability to manage IT projects and especially forensic and security related projects.
  • English language skills: proficient knowledge oral and written.
  • Ability to communicate and work in/with international teams and show intercultural interest.
  • Willingness to travel (about 20%).
