Our Clean Mobility Europe Division is looking for a VIEJunior HR Generalist” (m/f) for its “FCM Site in “Terni  – Italy.
The main missions of the role are:
  • Elaborate, manage and follow the organization training plan according to a needs analysis.
  • Anticipate and assess potential learning needs; propose adequate training in order to facilitate internal mobility. Liaise with Faurecia University for deployment & follow-up of corporate training programs.
  • Coordinates and assists in all talent acquisitions activities including but not limited to talent staffing, formal company orientation and talent pipeline development, high school and university relations, and community partnerships.
  • Assist and support the Talent Mgmt process for and ensure appropriate linkages with broader functional and business reviews.
  • Support Faurecia Excellence System deployment for the missions related to his/her role.
This VIE mission will start in June and will last 24 months.
The V.I.E., an international young graduate program, enables young professionals who are less than 28 and European Union nationals to work for a French company in any country of the world.   • Master’s degree in Human Resources or Law/Economics/Psychology or similar
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum experience in industrial environment
