Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group - Europe Division is looking for a VIE Junior HR Generalist m/f for its European Headquarters in Augsburg - Germany.

 

The main missions of the role are:  

 

  • Being responsible for an employee population, e.g. students / graduates / temporary staff
  •  Assist the local HR team in the implementation of group HR policies and their follow-up

  • Support in deployment and follow-up of annual processes (performance management, salary review ...)

  • Being responsible for one or several specific topics, like international mobility

  • Act as contact person for employees to ensure efficient administration processes

The length of the VIE is 12 months.

 

The V.I.E., an international young graduate program, enables young professionals who are less than 28 and European Union nationals to work for a French company in any country of the world. Becoming part of this program means going abroad to carry out a professional assignment for up to 24 months whilst benefiting from social care coverage and an interesting salary which depends on the host country. Business France, the French agency for international business development, is in charge of all the administrative procedures of your assignment. The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Master's Degree with a specialization in HR
  • A first experience in the HR function within an industrial environment
  • Good MS office and IT skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive continuous improvement mind set
  • Good organizational skills
  • Fluent in English, minimum of intermediate level of German
  • International mindset
