Our FCM is looking for a Key Account Manager for Limeira Plant.
The role of a Key Account Manager is to be the interface of the Customer Purchasing Organization and mainly in charge of the prices and of the contractual relationship with a customer. The main missions of the role are to:

- Prices and contractual relationship 

- Ensure that the commercial file transmitted by the program is complete and coherent and that the history of the commercial items are correctly documented internally with the related cost information and contractually communicated to the customer

- Monitor the prices and price break-down (bill of material, handling fees, assembly value sold services, piece price amortization, other items sold) with the purchasing department as a consequence of the product definition and yearly negotiations

- Records all the agreements with the customer and updates the contractual documentation on the complete program Customer relationship

- Develop the relationship with his direct counterparts at the customer and with the assigned contacts by the sales network

- Know the customer organization and identify the key deciders or influence people for the related acquisition. Documentation

- Ensure distribution within Faurecia organization updates on program time schedule, production planning especially volumes

- Be the primary interface for program finance controller for any update of sales information within the business plant Prototypes

- Receive all orders from the customers, check that the prices are in line with Faurecia offers.

- Launch internally the prototype orders

- Follow-up their delivery and payment

The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business 

  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales and Automotive industry

  • Leadership skills

  • Results orientation with strong written and oral communications skills

  • Ability to work in a matrixed organisation

  • International mind set

  • Minimim bi-lingual (English required)
