Our North American Clean Mobility division is looking for a Reliability Coordinator for its light vehicle manufacturing facility in Columbus, IN.
 
The role of a Maintenance Reliability Coordinator is to oversee and manage the duties of maintenance reliability personal.  Their duties include but are not limited to:
 ▪       Develop and implement a comprehensive RCM program for the equipment and facilities at Gladstone. ▪       Manage controls technicians, maintenance technicians and maintenance engineer ▪       Establish and coordinate the most efficient maintenance organization to preserve equipment functionality and minimize facility life-cycle costs. ▪       Will collect and use the data per the CMMS SAP PM for each piece of equipment. ▪       Interpret PT&I data reports and enter the data into CMMS for the equipment analyzed. MRC is responsible for upkeep and updating of PT&I equipment as well as providing training in these technologies and information for upgrades to PT&I equipment and processes to fellow employees. ▪       Maintain and keep current the critical equipment list. ▪       Coordinate and implement the use of PT&I technologies including vibration analysis, motor analysis, thermography, laser alignment, airborne ultrasound, and oil analysis. Assist the UAP manager and the ME with the required analyses shall include structured methods such as root cause failure analysis, Ishikawa diagrams and failure modes and effects analysis. ▪       Coordinate and provide technical support for maintenance team allocated in three shifts to determine the causes of equipment failures, development of corrective actions, and implement maintenance practices to prevent breakdowns. ▪       Assist in the procurement of spare parts, using RCM tools for verifying that proper parts are ordered for each line. ▪       Perform Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analyses (FMECA) on components and systems.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

▪       A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred. ▪       Relevant work experience with Reliability centered maintenance (RCM) ▪       Strong leadership and effective management skills. ▪       Have a knowledge of electrical, automation, controls, mechanical, piping, pumps, and hydraulic, pneumatic, and material handling systems. ▪       Understand technical drawings and operation and maintenance manuals. ▪       This job requires some weekend, call-out, and long days and weekend duty responsibilities. ▪       Self-motivated. ▪       Good communication skills. ▪       Strong organizational skills. ▪       Excellent computer skills.
