Main Missions are :
  • Build with the project manager the tasks plan to ensure the targeted deliverables and the quality items of the gate checklist.
     
  • Provide staff and management with objective insight into processes and associated documentation by performing regularly independent evaluations
  • Report/escalate noncompliance issues that cannot be resolved in the project to appropriate level of mngmnt
     
  • Analyse noncompliance issues if there are any trends, causality, etc. and drive continuous improvement
     
  • Contribute to elaboration/improvement of reference documents for the development of electronic systems and their use, considering requirements of CMM-I, A-SPICE and ISO26262 (keep up-to-date regarding trends regarding development process of mechatronics)
     
  • Contribute to the elaboration of a deployment plan towards FCM engineering for iPMS for Systems
     
  • Contribute to audit the development process of electronic (HW&SW) suppliers, compared to CMM-I / A-SPICE, supported by external resources, if needed.
     
  • Evaluate compliance of projects with ISO26262, when applicable, supported by external resources
     
  • Participate to reviews at project milestones (spec review, design & safety review, gate review)
  • Set-up, communicate, maintain and follow clearly stated KPIs for evaluation of processes and associated work products linked to development of Electronic Systems.
     
  • Evaluate compliance of projects work products, identify, document noncompliance and resolve each item with project team. Keep track of the noncompliance until resolution.
  • Manage team of System Quality Leaders
The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • Minimum Master degree in engineering
  • 6 – 10 years of experience  in hardware and software development for embedded control applications in the Automotive Industry
  • In-depth knowledge of CMM-I and/or A-SPICE and ISO26262
  • In-depth knowledge of advanced quality methods (e.g. Functional Analysis, FMEA)
  • Above average communication skills, leadership skills and interpersonal skills
  • International mindset and experience
  • English language skills required, ideally French skills in addition
