Our Interior Systems Business Group is looking for a Process and IT Tools Sales Leader based at Meru (Oise).
 
In an increasingly global & complex business environment, the Process & IT tools Sales Leader is the lead manager at BG level to implement the needed tools mainly for pricing and business model analysis.
 
The role of the Process & IT tools Sales Leader is to :
 
  • Support the definition of  BeingSales specs for FIS CBUs and global accounts
  • Define with the different accounts the specifics needs for their offers
  • Take active parts in Tiger Workshops to ensure CBU needs are taken into account
  • Manage the interface with IT external resource for maintenance of BeingSales
  • Presence at all coordination meetings with IT resources
  • To be able  to make synthesis of CBUs’s needs and the technical feasability to limit the time development
  • Ensure the CBUs users training
  • Lead E-learning updates according BeingSales evolution
  • Lead the communication on FAUR’us network
  • Lead specific pricing initiatives
  • Integrate new requests in the tools to ensure customers evolutions are captured
  • Ensure continuous improvement of Intranet (in collaboration with Sales Efficiency Director)
  • Participation to the workshop Group to commonalize all Sales IT tools
  • Train Key Users for new application
The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • Business School or Engineering School education
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience, including a first Sales, Purchasing and/or Costing experience
  • Good knowledge of BP and customer offer construction
  • Business minded and strong teamwork sense
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English required
