Faurecia Clean Mobility is looking for a Product Line Manager (Acoustic Performance) for its North American Organization.
 
The Product Line Manager is responsible for the following initiatives:
 
Educate RBU, CBU and AFO organizations on innovations and applicability of innovations within marketplace.

Collaborating with RBU, CBU, AFO and PLE, establish customer-specific strategies for introduction of innovations with LVE customers.

Collaborate with RBU/CBU to develop the 5YSP, including innovation content and market share.

Identify innovation gaps within NAO marketplace and communicate needs back to BG PL and PLE to ensure that NAO marketplace remains an innovation leader.

Support RBU organizations in achievement of 5YSP revenue goals for traditional and future mobility market spaces by driving innovation adoption within all customers (traditional and non-traditional).

Work with Division PL Marketing Manager to develop deep understanding of the NAO market for clean mobility solutions, including seemingly unrelated trends and opportunities.

Engage PL Branding team to develop and reinforce our product and market strategy within the division.  Utilize social media and online professional publications to promote our expertise, innovations and accomplishments.

Target new customers in NAO based on market intelligence, customer strategy and market development.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
 
Technical Skills
nStrong written and oral communications
nEntrepreneurial Mindset
nMS Office proficient, especially Excel and Powerpoint
nSocial Media Savvy
nStructured problem solving
nBilingual not necessary but appreciated
Experience
nMinimum 10 years automotive engineering and sales experience
nPrevious automotive OEM interface, including new business acquisition
Education  Requirements
nBachelors Degree in Business or Engineering, combination a plus
nMarketing Background a plus
