Our New Entrants Division is looking for a Program Management Support Intern/Co-op student for its Silicon Valley Tech Center in Sunnyvale, CA.

  • Coordinate program change management (Sales, Controlling, Purchasing, Quality, Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations).
  • Cascade project objectives to team members' individual objectives and assignments.
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining project planning.
  • Support Program Manager to ensure timeliness of task & deliverables completion.
  • Organize regular project meetings throughout visual charts, facts and data.
  • Conduct Risk/Opportunity analysis, mitigation and alert process.
  • Set-up Production in accordance with Faurecia & customer requirements to prepare for a non-event Start of Production in the plant.
  • Apply the Faurecia Program Management System standards, tools and guidelines in a rigorous manner.
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management.
  • Support the leadership and commitment from top management according to the NAO environmental policy and ISO 14001:2015.
  • Monitor program dashboards and key performance indicators for the customer’s account.
  • Managing cash-in / cash-out and including all internal (work orders, IOM) suppliers and customer invoices.
  • Track gross cost analysis of budget vs. actual expenses

Position Summary:

The Program Management Support VIE supports program(s) in development in NENTS CBU in the Silicon Valley Tech Center.

 

The Program Management Support VIE is responsible support the program team to achieve their objectives (Time, cost, quality, performance) in conjunction with Customer satisfaction. He/She leads all aspects of the project, from award until the Start of Production.


The Program Management Support VIE should act as a role model in the organization by demonstrating Entrepreneurship, Autonomy and Accountability.

    • Planning and organizational abilities.
    Experience / Education:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in engineering or business administration.
