Our South Europe Division is looking for a Program sales engineer VIE m/f for its plant in Mioveni - Romania. 

The main missions of the Sales Engineer role are:

  • Integrated within the Local Sales Organization of EAPS (Euro Auto Plastics Systems) leaded by Viorica Stefanoiu (Sales Manager), the Sales Engineer is responsible for the Sales development of the assigned portfolio of products, for a delimited perimeter (Program XJI/XJF, Renault's car).
  • Develop the appropriate intimacy with his/her Customer contacts (Purchasing, Engineering, Programs).
  • Prepare the commercial offers to answer on due time to the Customer requests ECR (Evolution Change Request) and manage the negociations.
  • Detailed follow up of part prices, tooling and D&D. Follow the profitability of the program. 
  • Understanding and implementation of the Sales tools, Sales administration guidelines , process & tools (part cost breakdown, purchase orders, invoices, terms of payment,…) 

The length of the VIE is 24 months.

 The ideal candidate will have/be: 

  • Master’s degree in Sales business school
  • Fluent in English (Romanian language will be a plus)
  • Customer business oriented
  • Understand and open mindset on products and industrial process conceptions.
  • Microsoft pack office (excel, ppt,…) and reporting skills.
  • Good communicator (with customer and also internal contacts).
  • Business international mindset.
