
Ensure the successful development and launch of new programs and manage the continuous improvement of the Faurecia Program Management System. Drive program excellence across the FCM NAO (North American Organization) Division.

Ensure proper reporting and successfully launch/SOP of programs.

Ensure compliance to the Program Acquisition and Program Management System (i.e. Go-No-Go, RFQA)

Support PMS Governance to support Customer Business Unit (CBU),and Regional Business Unit (RBU).

Establishing Program Related objectives for the CBUs, RBUs in alignment with Business Goup (BG) Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

Selection, appraisal and development of Program Managers

Validate Business Plans for respective programs. Understanding of the financial tool (TM1), BP rules and owns the consolidated program-in-development financials. Look for consistency between Program Business Plans, Divisional Budgets, and actual performance.

Challenge Functional areas with “stretch” goals as opportunities in Business Plans

Look for risk in programs and launch actions to contain

Maintain and support strong relationship with the customer key impact members (Engineering, Quality)

Change Management oversight. Audit single list of change (SLC) compliance.

Drive continuous improvement in the PMS

Work with Product Line Manager (PLM) to stay informed of innovations on new programs for CBU

Global Program Management processes oversight

Help anticipate and facilitate Program Functional issues as necessary

Optimize transition of acquisition award activity into programs-in-development

Drive Program Excellence within CBU, RBU towards Flawless Launch (0,100,100,6)

Driving PM Technical Competencies through the use of convergence plan for achievement of next level

Lead, create, support various sections of the Program Manager training (i.e. on-boarding, etc.)

Drive optimization of Program resource loading and balance of Program LCC Activity

Support/conduct the audit of programs on a regular basis

Masters degree in technical field
-
Minimum 5 years experience as a Program Manager or equivalent
-
Ability to understand key business/financial metrics
-
Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills

PMP certification or equivalent a plus

Ability to work in a matrix organisation

International mind set, overseas experience a plus
