Our Interior Systems Product Group is looking for Robotic Programmer from Rollout Team

Essential responsibilities and duties.
  
In the framework of the Central Manufacturing Engineering of Faurecia Interior System Business Group (FIS), and closely  cooperating with process experts ( GTS-IPEX-DE ops):
  • You are in charge to find and implement solutions for automation.
  • You realize the last standards, supplier and synergies in other plants.
  • You support the automation solution deployments according to the needs in all our regional industrial sites
The main missions of the role are:
  • Analyze and improve the programming method from the robotic machine from our supplier.
  • Implement the programming standard per type of robotic machine to be applied as based in the next machines built
  • Definition of the best quality vs cost hardware needed to be used in the next generation of robotic equipment.
  • Development trainings and roadmaps per technology to be applied in our industrial sites.
  • Propose improvement of the processes, robots (Fanuc, ABB, KUKA), means and PLC program implementations, and the SCADA architecture.
  • Definition of hardware needed for cobot application.
  • Insure the automation (PLC/IIT/MES) technology survey.

 

The ideal candidate will have/be:

 

Minimum education level: Graduated specialized in automation, electrical, maintenance.
 
Experience :
  • 3 to 5 years experience in automation maintenance department or manufacturing engineering department or automation.
 Skills and competencies
  • High Programming skills with Fanuc, ABB, Kuka, others… ( Mandatory)
  • Automation and Industrial IT (Siemens S7 PLC), electrical design
  • Machine normative for CE certificate.
  • Good capacity to work in matrix organization
  • Autonomous and rigor in the work
  • Team work spirit is essential.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory; other languages will be taken into account.
  • Frequent travels abroad.
