Our Business Group Faurecia Automotive Seating is looking for a Sales Analyst for its headquarter at Nanterre within the Sales team of the Business Group.

The Sales Analyst is in charge of following all upcoming and ongoing acquisitions with the CBU´s, Product Lines and regions and providing comprehensive data of such. He/She maintains the Database which contains key data on project size, commercial KPI´s and benchmark data and built-up and roll-out a strong Acquisition radar tool, standardize and simplify current acquisition processes.

The sales analyst will be part of the Business Group Sales team and will report to the BG Sales Director.

The main missions of the role are:

  • Built-up and support the roll-out of a strong acquisition radar tool, process and governance
  • Establish regular exchanges and routines with product lines and CBU´s about ongoing and upcoming acquisition projects
  • Collect and check CBU-/Sales reporting’s to Business Group and prepare the reporting to Group level, support Strategic Planning, Budget processes and product plans.
  • Support the roll-out of new procedures and support/train regional CBU and Sales teams
  • Check existing Sales tools and processes from other Business Groups and adapt / develop them for specific FAS needs.
  • Supporting / attending “Acquisition Committees” with a close follow-up of agreed tasks
  • Establish proper contract management: Develop tools for contract clauses with legal department and create guidelines for future acquisitions.
  • Roll-out IT tools linked to the acquisition process, like electronic approval workflow for BP´s, target costing and pricing tool



The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Minimum education level: Masters Degree,  Engineering or Business with a specialization in sales or marketing

Experience :

  • First experience or significant apprenticeship experience in an industrial environment
  • Experience or Background in Automotive Supplier Industry would be a plus


Skills and competencies:

  • Fluent in English, German and/or French would be ideal
  • IT Skills: Excellent in Excel, PowerPoint and databases
  • Results oriented with good written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization
  • International mindset
