Our Faurecia Interiors System – NAO Division is looking for a VIE Sales Engineer for its site in Greenville – USA.  

The main missions of the role are:

  • Introducing to Sales processes and procedures, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and internal audit requirements involving various Original Equipment Manufacture customers. Will be exposed to the engineering change environment and the interaction with program team, plant functions and customer representatives.

  • Understand how to create sales orders, invoices submitted per customer and how past due payment issues are effectively resolved. Understand how price books are built and maintained, how the accrual process works and how together with the plant finance team cash impacts to budget are pro-actively mitigated.

The length of the VIE is 12 months.

The V.I.E., an international young graduate program, enables young professionals who are less than 28 and European Union nationals to work for a French company in any country of the world. The ideal candidate will have/be:

 

  • Master’s degree in Business Development
  • First experience in a Sales/Business Development position
  • Fluent in English
  • German, Spanish or French would be a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
