Our GIS Division is looking for a General Finance and Controlling Team Leader for its HQ at Nanterre, France.
 

The role of the General Finance & Controlling team lead is to support and enrich our SAP core model and other applications in the plant / program controlling as well as General Finance domain.

 

 

In addition to that, the General Finance & Controlling team lead is in charge of contributing to enriching and implementing new tools for the Controlling and General Finance area in order to support the Controlling and Finance community within Faurecia environment.

 

 

 
The main missions of the role are to:
 

§  develop and enhance the ERP core system and other applications in the plant and program Controlling area (CO / PS) as well as General Finance,  answering business needs and expectations in close collaboration with the FI-CO Domain Leader

 

 

§  support FI-CO Domain Leader in the definition of the Controlling and General Finance core model strategy and roadmap

 

 

§  meet with decision makers, system owners and end users to define business and controlling requirements and system goals, and identify and resolve system issues

 

 

§  support Controlling and General Finance initiatives and implementation projects worldwide in collaboration with other IT teams and with the business

 

 

§  coordinate the implementation of new Controlling / General Finance functionalities and practices for new rollouts as well as retrofits together with plant and/or program Controlling as well as Financial Shared Service Centers (follow-up meetings, action plans…)

 

 

§  work in close relationship with other team leads and business analysts, key users and L2 teams as well as with the SAP competence center to improve the support and efficiency within the domain

 

 

§  coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new functionalities and other post-implementation support

 

 

§  assure Controlling and General Finance documentation is update-to-date and compliant with Faurecia Core Procedures

 

 

§  contribute to support activities

 

 

§  management of business analysts in General Finance & Controlling team

 

 

§  manage and coordinate team

 

 

§  provide guidance

 

 

§  develop team member

 

 

§  organize training for new team members

 

 

§  set up objectives, follow the results, manage career plans of team members,  ensure individual assessments

 

 

 

 

 

With a strong international dimension, this project developed in a multicultural environment requires profiles with a solid SAP experience, ideally supplemented by a functional experience.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

 

·         Master degree in Engineering or Business School

 

 

·         Experience (5+ years) within SAP

 

 

·         Extensive experience (5+ years) in SAP modules CO (CO-OM, CO-PC, CO-PA) and PS

 

 

·         experience (3+ years) in SAP module FI (especially FI-AR, FI-GL FI-AA)

 

 

·         Customizing experience and ABAP programming (optional)

 

 

·         Experience in project management or project mode

 

 

·         Good communication and expression skills in an international environment

 

 

·         Strong customer service orientation

 

 

·         Management and leadership experience

 

 

·         Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

 

 

·         Ability to prioritize and multitask. Flexibility and adaptability in work approach

 

 

·         Ability to conduct research into systems issues              

 

 

·         Solid written and oral communication skills as well as listening and interpersonal skills

 

 

·         Very good level of English (spoken & written), a third language is a plus.
