Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Division is looking for a Senior Program Manager located at our Queretaro South office in Mexico.

 

Description:

The Senior Program Manager Coordinates and initiates all necessary commercial actions in order to efficiently manage customer programs.  This position reports directly to the Vice President- Sales & Program Development, with defined authority ensuring that the program management process is established, implemented and maintained matching time, cost, performance constraints as wells as meeting customer requirements and expectations.

 

In his/her position the director is the functional head and coach of the account executive respective customer team:

  • Manages customer commercial issues

    • sales forecasting/pricing

    • quotation preparation and review/customer presentation

    • customer satisfaction

       

  • Assists in defining skill matrix for account executives and participates in the development of roles and responsibilities (job descriptions) for all core team members

     

  • Participates in the selection of prospective account executive, account executive candidates; assesses capabilities, contributes to performance assessment of program managers

     

  • Collaborates with Finance in the establishment of a tracking system in order to meet all financial objectives

     

  • Reviews and audits previous projects (lessons learned) and contributes to an information data base

     

  • Suggests and debates alternative methods and procedures in creating effective teams

     

  • Installs techniques to evaluate systematically customer requirements and expectations

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Strong teamwork sense, communication skills, effective negotiation skills, business acumen, and conflict resolution skills

  • Business background with a Bachelors degree or Masters degree in business

  • 5 to 10 years of professional experience in automotive sales

  • Automotive knowledge and sales experience
