The world’s eighth largest automotive supplier is currently recruiting students interested in Human Resource Co-op or Internship Program focusing on Talent Acquisition to support North American Operations located at its Auburn Hills, MI, Headquarters.  Co-ops will rotate alternating semesters between working for Faurecia and attending an accredited 4 year University or College.  

 

The Talent Acquisition - Co-op will support the Central Talent Acquisition team in recruiting, Intern programs, Rotational Development Programs, Industrial Readiness Planning, and other projects as defined.  The main missions of the role are:

 

  • Support the recruitment efforts of the Country Talent Acquisition Team: Sourcing qualified candidates for open positions, prescreening potential candidates and submitting candidates to hiring managers.
  • Support country Talent Acquisition team in ensuring full respect of recruiting policy, process and tools including e-Recruitment System (Taleo) by the HR in the divisions: including assisting with coaching / training / audits
  • Follow recruiting metrics and assist in action plans to improve the Key Performance Indicators for the region
  • Coordinate target university campus events for the Talent Acquisition Team: career fairs / workshops / networking events
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for employees of Faurecia’s Rotational Development program
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for employees of Faurecia’s Production Control & Logistics Trainee program
  • Assist in internal and external social media campaigns
  • Participate in workshops regarding current successful or non-successful Talent Sourcing initiatives in region
  • Participate in various HR projects launched at country or at group level

Candidate must have the following:

  • Be enrolled in HR or Business related degree at accredited university.
  • Must have knowledge of HR processes.
  • Must have experience in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • International mindset.
