Our R&D Division is looking for a Thermal System Architect for its TechCenter at Etampes (91).
 
The Thermal System Architect is responsible for realizing concept, technical feasibility and customer specification fulfilment of a new product within the complete seat environment. He/she gives the necessary releases during the development process.
 
The main missions of the role are to:
  • Ensure new products meet system level performance, cost and timing objectives.
  • Ensure the product's development: adherence of quality methodes; keep the development plan up to date; ensure timely completion of each work package; define and supervise work packages of technical developement and manage necessary changes, co-ordination with customers, suppliers and industrial engineering.
  • Support the building of the Business Plan
  • Establish product knowledge documentation and lessons learned.
  • Contribute to the continuous technical improvement of the metier.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive seating with thermal comfort product development experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of project experience including knowledge of project management processes.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of program standards, tools and methods.
  • Good computer skills (MS - Office, CATIA)
  • Basic finance skills.
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • International mind set
  • Minimum bi-lingual (English required) - German would be appreciate
