Our “Faurecia Interior Systems Business Group is looking for a “VIE Coordinator North Europe Region” m/f for its Site in Hagenbach - Germany.

The VIE will be part of the HR team from the North Europe Region division of Faurecia Interior Systems activities and will report to the HR director of this perimeter. The North Europe Region perimeter consists of 7 countries in which both R&D and production activities are operated.

The VIE Coordinator will follow the VIE process from identification of VIE needs to end of mission and potential recruitment. The VIE Coordinator NER will have contact with both production and R&D environment and will work closely with hiring managers, local HR teams, career development manager as well as with the headquarter’s VIE team in France. This position will allow the VIE Coordinator to have a broad view on Faurecia Interior Systems activity within NER, evolve in an international environment, take action to trigger sourcing pipeline from international candidates and get an understanding on Faurecia’s Recruitment and Management Development activities.

The missions assigned to the VIE Coordinator will be the following:

  • Identify the needs in terms of VIE recruitment for North Europe Region (Interior Systems)
  • Ensure the sourcing of candidates
  • Deal with the pre-selection of the candidates according to the requirements of the VIE programs and according to legislation
  • Perform the recruitment interviews in collaboration with the managers
  • Follow the VIE process from start (identification of needs) to end (end of mission and eventual recruitment as permanent Faurecia employee)
  • Develop communication actions in order to explain and promote the VIE program to attract talents (internally and externally)
  • Work in collaboration with the Group branch to have strategic actions about the VIE population
  • Act as an HR contact for VIE related questions to both management and VIEs
  • Maintain all HR tools and data bases related to the VIE population (leaves forms, HR databases...)
  • Other HR Adhoc topic according to profile and interests of the candidate (as internal communication, HR project management, HR process improvement, etc.)

 

The length of the VIE is 24 months.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • Master degree in Human Resources
  • Fluent in English & French / German language knowledge

  • International mindset

  • 1 st experience in Recruitment or HR Coordination

  • Customer orientation
