The brands and logos on the Site are the property of Faurecia and are subject to authorization for their use. No right or license shall be granted for any of these components without the written authorization of Faurecia or third parties who own the rights to the brands or logos appearing on the Site. Faurecia reserves the right to take legal action in the event of any infringement of its intellectual property rights, including criminal action.

This Site may offer downloads for certain materials that remain the property of Faurecia under the application of the above provisions, and may only be used for the personal and private use of the person downloading them. These materials are provided by Faurecia as a service to its customers and stakeholders for informational purposes only. Single copies may be downloaded subject to the provisions below. 4. Personal data

Faurecia respects the Site users’ privacy and has detailed in the following paragraphs the nature of the data collected on the Site during users’ visits and the use made of this data.


4.1.Collection and Use of Data

Faurecia has adopted the principle of not collecting or asking for any personal data on the Site, i.e. the user’s first and last names, mailing or e-mail address.

However, to obtain information about Faurecia, receive a brochure, or add your name to our mailing list, answer a survey, or apply for a position online, the user must provide certain personal data (for example, first and last names, mailing address, telephone number or e-mail address).

The user accepts to provide this data voluntarily.

The data requested when these requests for information or documents are made is needed to process the user’s request.

This information is intended for the Faurecia Group, which is responsible for its processing.

The data collected on this Site may be consulted by the various companies of the Faurecia Group in Europe, or in other countries where the Faurecia Group has operations, in order to satisfy the requests made (request for information, or applicant selection by the human resources departments).

Faurecia undertakes not to sell, transfer, lease or sell the user’s personal data to any third party.


4.2. Correction of Data

The user is entitled to exercise his or her right to access information concerning him or herself and to have this information changed, rectified or deleted (in accordance with Art 34 of the French law on information technology and freedom of the individual of January 6, 1978). This Site has been declared to the CNIL (French commission for information technology and civil liberties)


4.3. Cookies, HTML Tags, IP Addresses

Cookies are elements of data transmitted by the server to the user’s navigator. Cookies are used on this Site for statistical analyses.

An IP address is a number allocated to your computer by the Internet access provider. In order to optimize the Site’s content and services and adapt them to users’ expectations, Faurecia collects the IP addresses from visitors to its Site. This information is anonymous and reflects all the connections made and not that of a single person.

 

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

All disputes arising from the interpretation or implementation of the present terms and conditions shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts applying French law.
