Our Clean Mobility Activity is looking for an apprentice Compensation and Benefits and VIE Coordinator (M/F) for its headquarter in Nanterre.

  

Linked to the Human Resources Department, and under the responsibility of the Compensation & Benefits Manager, your main tasks will be to:


Compensation & Benefits :

  • Management of the variable compensation campaign and management of the tool.
  • Country HR contact and counsel on variable compensation.
  • Participate in the bi-annual payment of variable remuneration.
  • Participate in the review of annual remuneration (25 countries concerned).

VIE management:

  • Welcome new VIE at monthly information meetings before leaving abroad.
  • Organization of interviews (follow-up and end of missions) with VIE.
  • Facilitate the hiring of VIEs by working with career managers (France and abroad).
  • To propose, to create supports facilitating the management, the analysis and the restitution of indicators of follow-up.
  • Contacts with the HR in the countries in order to sensitize them to the reception of the VIE, to explain the nature of the contract, the objectives ...
  • You will be the privileged interlocutor of the VIE (about 100).

Being at the headquarters of an international group, you will be the guarantor of the good understanding and application of the rules of the group in all the countr

You will be the interlocutor of the management and the HR network for issues related to remuneration and VIE.

You will develop real expertise in these areas in an international context.

 

The mission (apprenticeship contract) will start in September / October 2019 (according to the school calendar) for a duration of one year.


4 to 5 HR VIE are also offered each year as part of the HR talent preparation program, primarily for former trainees and apprentices.

 The ideal candidate will have:

  • Master II with a specialization in Human Resources
  • Mastery of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in an international organization
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English
