Our Seating Business Group is looking for an Automation Project Leader(M/F) for its TechCenter based at Etampes (91).
 
The role of a Automation Project Leader is to define all standards concerning means of electrical, electronical controls and automated means in place in JIT factories, ensure and follow up their deployment throw Manufacturing network and know-how capitalization in the field of means of electrical, electronical controls and automated means.
The main missions of the role are to :
 ·         Define processes and means of standard controls (équipment –test modes – associated procedures), capable of responding to each customer needs.

·         Ensure all steps of a project elaboration up to its activation. Write down specifications, participation to consultation and to technical choice. Coordinate, in all implementation phase, involved internal and external actors. Conduct supplier’s audits.

·         Manage improvements and create new functions in connection with Innovation and  R&D department.

·         Contribute to deployment of an industrial politic in his/her  field of expertise.

·         Deploy equipements of control in simultaneous engineering, follow up the project in connection with programm staff.

·         Be a support to existing non-standard equipments (audit, proposal of improvement or upgrade)

·         Manage evolution of standards resulting from product or process evolutions.

·         Deploy these standards internationally. 

·         Collaborate with buyers/purchasers to the selection of a supplier panel.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • Graduate engineer or equivalent with 4 to 5 years of experience
  • Knowledge / experience of :
    • assembly processes, especially for Just in Time production
    • Siemens TIA Portal software
    • classical automation tools
  • Experience of project and industrialisation management in automotive industry
  • Fluent in English, spoken & written
  • Regular travels in France & abroad
