Faurecia’s VIE Program?


The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

Your position and environment?


Our Faurecia Automotive Seating Business Group – Seat Structure Systems Division is looking for you as a VIE Deputy Program Manager m/f for our site in Walbrzych, Poland.

Your role and responsibilities?

As a core team member the Deputy Program Manager is assisting the Program Manager in their activities. The main task will be support during the industrialization of the complete equipment within the launch phase.

Your main missions will be to

  • Interact with Core Team members to establish and support program goals

  • Building the project plan in order to track important mile stones and budget information

  • Coordinate all the program activities, set up and follow program master schedule (design, validation, industrialization), inform about deviations and propose actions

  • Support Program Manager

  • Manage program documentation

  • Contribute to meeting preparation with clients on the economic, timing and technical fields

  • Understand business systems and assists in applying them to the programs(s)

Who are you?

The ideal candidate will have/be: master’s degree in engineering or finance

Skills and competencies:

  • Fluent in English mandatory
  • First experience (apprenticeship of internship) in project and/or production management
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a matrix organisation
  • Strong planning and organizing skills
  • Leadership competencies visible
