Your position and environment?


Our Faurecia Clean Mobility (FCM) Business Group – North America Operations (NAO) Division is looking for you as a VIE Innovation Assistant Program Manager m/f for our Clean Mobility Crossroads site in Columbus, IN, USA.


Your role and responsibilities?


Your main missions will be to


  • Support the development of CVE (Commercial Vehicles Entity) After-treatment products through product management and development activities.
  • Develop expertise in after treatment system components and know-how in project management and product development.
  • Support Innovation Program Managers.


Your key responsibilities will be to


  • Project planning scheduling and tracking.

  • Team assignment tracking (action tracker).

  • Assist tracking budgets

  • Provide design input, initiate analysis activities and conduct design reviews.

  • Assisting with prototype builds and validation.

  • Generating APQP documents; Project Update Reports,  DFMEA, DVP&R, etc..


The mission will last 12 months.




Who are you?


  • Master’s degree/Engineering diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in mechanical design
  • Able and willing to use hand Tools
  • Understanding of welding principles
  • Understand GD&T
  • Able to work in a team environment and multitask
