Our FCM Division is looking for a FES (Faurecia Excellence System) & Productivity Manager for its Columbus Plant in Indiana.
 
The FES&P Manager reports to the Plant Manager and liaises with Group Experts to ensure their own knowledge of Group Standards and best practices is developed. The main missions of are to:
  • Provide FES&P expertise and experience, to assist the Plant Manager and N-1 Managers, to build the Site "Breakthrough Plan" ensuring the appropriate priorities are set for "process" changes and related steps to achieve target.
  • As set within the Site "Breakthrough Plan", support the Management structure, if required, in the application of FES&P methodologies and tools through their active training and coaching on the Shopfloor.
  • Provide according to necessity, additional FES&P knowledge's and skills to Managers and to FES&P Engineers in plants.
  • FES&P Principles and Standards: Managers ensure the correct daily usage of the FES&P standards; FES&P Specialists ensure FES&P standards are used.
  • Verify if FES&P Principles are applied in Programs from design stage.
  • Propose and promote best practices both within the Plant and the Division.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • Minimum 3, ideally 5 years of FES&P (or equivalent) practice at Plant level
  • Has a recognized experience and ability to improve process KPIs in a plant by using FES&P principles
  • Proven experience in a Manager role in a plant
  • Masters degree or equivalent level of experience
  • Very good interpersonal relationship skills and trainer's skills
  • Minimum bi-lingual (fluent English mandatory)
  • Accept business travel
