Faurecia Clean Mobility develops and produces solutions to drive Mobility and Industry towards zero emission. Our solutions for air quality, energy efficiency, acoustic performance and powertrain electrification address the needs of passenger cars and commercial vehicles manufacturers, industrial and high horsepower applications.

 

We need strong expertise and key competencies also displaying high energy and agility, so we are looking for a Fuel Cell test specialist (M/W) in our R&D center based in Bavans, France.

 

Main responsibilities:

The jobholder is responsible of the synthesis of all fuel cell related test activities (including outsourcing) as well as for Fuel cell test equipment functional requirements definition, hardware installation and process optimization. 


In this role, we will need you to:

 

-          Define functional requirements and specification for test equipment and follow the suppliers

-          Define test optimization plan

-          Support engineering development team with Design/Production/Testing synergies

-          Outsourcing test support (Supplier audit, test follow-up…)

-          Regular trips are expected, mainly in Europe

Qualifications:

The ideal applicant would have:

 

o    Bachelor (Master preferred) degree in Mechatronic engineering, Measurement and sensors or Mechanical engineering

o    Experience in testing and validation (tests, test means, test methods…) (>5years)

o    Experience in Hydrogen and ultra-high pressure  is a plus

o    Project management skills

o    Fluent in English (most suppliers are abroad), German is a plus

o    International mindset

o    Team player (matrix organization)

HSE, risk analysis, ergonomic, machine specifications definition
