Our headquarter is looking for an Financial group reporting adminstrator to be based at Nanterre.

  

 

The role of an financial group reporting administrator is to work together in a team of 5 people in order to guarantee the effective fonctionning and data quality of the application used by the group to perform: 

 

  • Statutory consolidation of actual data and publish group data 
  • Management consolidation of actual, forecast and strategic plan data to be communicated to board

 

The main missions of the role are to:

 

Application’s evolutions development

 

Analysis of the financial reporting needs together with Group Controlling department, consolidation department as well as business group’s controlling

 

Propose evolutions that could improve applications performances, final user’s activities, application administration.

 

Analysis of the impacts on other systems on the team’s scope such as ODI, Planning, EAL

 

Follow all the activities related to the evolution of the application such as assist the users in the specifications writing, propose a technical solution in order to meet requirements, development of the solution, assist the end-user during the test phase

 

Application admnistration:

 

Assure that the applicaton is ready for the start of the closing process activities (start of the periods/scenarios, load of consolidation scope and exchange rates)

 

Support the application’s users during the closing process

 

Assure the maintenance of the application accesses

 

Collaborate with IT department team in charge of the servers maintenance in order to guarantee the application stability and the service continuity

 

Key user:

 

Advise users about application expoltation best practices and support them in undestanding descrepances between expected data and application ones

 

 

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering Information Technology or Business administration
  • Good knowledge of HFM business rules
  • Very good knowledge of HFM metadata, webforms, reports and member lists
  • Knowledge of ODI, EAL, Essbase will be preferred
  • Good communication and expression skills
  • Ability to take initiative
  • English required
