Your position and environment:

 

Our Emerging Markets Division is looking for a HR Controller & Compen&Ben Coordinator (m/f) for its site in Limeira, Brazil

Your role and responsibilities?

 

Your main missions will be to

 

    • Monthly reporting control and KPI’s follow up

    • Ensure the Group regulations in terms of Reporting 

    • Budget/Forecast preparation, analyses and monthly control  

    • Compensation analyses for Brasil perimeter

    • Support expatriates in documentation issues and manage the monthly costs

              

The mission will last 12 months (renewable once up to 24 months).

 

 

Who are you?

 

    • Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business

    • Fluent in English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus

    • Highly organized with strong problem solving skills

    • Autonomous and detail oriented

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
