Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group – Europe Division is looking for a VIE HR Projects Coordinator m/f for its European headquarters in Augsburg - Germany.

As HR Project Coordinator placed in European Clean Mobility Headquarter you will be a part of HR Team working closely with HRD (Directors), HRM (Managers) and business leaders from the respective region (North & East Europe) in developing and deploying the miscellaneous projects to deliver business and organizational objectives. You will support HR Managers and plants in accordance with the Group's human resources policies and procedures in areas such as employee engagement, talent attraction, training and development, reporting and KPI’s tracking. This position will allow you to have a broad view on Faurecia Clean Mobility activity, evolve in an international environment and apply your skills in the professional setting:

  • Coordinate and support miscellaneous HR Projects for the respective region

  • Support HR team in transversal, international project

  • Monitor and consolidate sites training & recruitment plans

  • Support HR Managers in implementation of group HR policies and their follow-up.

  • Benchmark and share best practices to optimize and leverage HR processes

  • Propose action plans and participate in their deployment.

  • Collect information and prepare reports in line with Group HR policies for month-end figures and follow up indicators (Headcounts, HR KPIs such as Absenteeism, Resignation Rate, Overtime, Internal Mobility, Gender Diversity, Training, etc.)

  • Elaborate of headcount and staff costs budgets in close collaboration with HR managers & Finance Controllers

  • Lead initiatives such as digital collaboration, employer branding strengthening actions, employees’ engagement enhancement projects and other HR Adhoc topics according to your profile or interest.


The length of the VIE is 12 months (renewable once up to 24 months).

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Master’s Degree, experience in the HR function within an industrial environment would be a plus.

  • Fluent English is required, German would be an asset

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build business relationships in diverse environments.

  • Love solving and analyzing problems to build creative solutions.

  • Great organization skills, prioritization and rigor in the use of systems

  • Keen on working in a multicultural and diverse environment.

  • Have the ability to learn on the job and great openness to develop her/himself.

  • Accountability and ability to work autonomously within work scope of work.

  • Leadership skills to support projects implementation on regional scope.

  • Analytical mindset and ability to speak with data.

  • Entrepreneur, not afraid to propose and implement new ways of working.

  • MS Office tools good command (Word, Power Point, Excel) and digital approach.
