Our Faurecia Clean Mobility (FCM) North American Division is looking for a Human Resources Business PartnerThe position has multi-site responsibility (Arlington, TX and Chattanooga, TN) with up to 25% travel.

The Human Resources Business Partner will drive all Human Resources activities, including recruitment and employment, record maintenance, employee relations, job evaluation, compensation management, training, database administration, and special projects.

 

The main responsibilities of the role are to:

  • Manage HR topics in line with business objectives. Work with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure the effective delivery of HR support/services to the business. 
  • Collect information and prepare reports in line with HR policies for month-end figures and follow up indicators.
  • Ensure that the organization complies with labor laws.
  • Coordinate and assist management in all talent acquisition activities including but not limited to talent staffing and talent pipeline development, high school and university relations, and community partnerships.
  • Recommend and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee handbooks, and/or meetings.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement activities.
  • Manage and maintain required databases, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
  • Conducts new orientation
  • Support benefit administration
  • Create and maintain training matrices and associate training records
  • Manage immigration process
  • Counsels management on Federal and State Employment law.

Qualifications:

 

The ideal candidate will have:

 

  • 3 years of Human Resources experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment supporting both hourly and salaried populations

  • Intermediate knowledge of employment laws

  • Intermediate labor relations, grievance management, and negotiation experience
