Our Group Human Resources team is looking for a Management Development Apprentice for its headquarter in Nanterre.

 

You will directly report to the Management Development Director and will work with the Group Management Development Processes and Tools Manager. You will be in charge of Management Development projects which will help you understand and integrate the world of Human Resources.

 

Your main missions:

  • Support on Talent and Management Development

    • Participate in workshops and meetings

    • Prepare Management Development presentations

    • Manage Faurecia’s Performance Management System

       

  • Support on Management Development processes and tools

    • Perform Ad’hoc analysis on Retention and Turnover and establish recommendations

    • Update Gender Diversity dashboard

    • Participate in the implementation of the new Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

 

Please note that additional projects and tasks could be added into your missions.

 

 

Your profile:

  • You have a Master Degree from a Business School or University equivalent, with a specialization in Human Resources.

  • A first experience in Management Development and/or with an ATS is a plus.

  • You have good communication skills, especially in English (mandatory)

  • You are people-oriented

  • Autonomous and diligent you have a great ability to adapt and a strong taste for teamwork and people development.
