Our Division Clean Mobility is looking for an Industrial Program Manager for its Manufactory at Columbus, Indiana.


Full ownership of all Industrial Development activities of the Program:

•Responsible for the work packages execution for the Industrial Development of the Program at the Plant: industrial footprint, CAPEX definition, Plant equipment selection (new / reuse / share), Plant layout, MIFD / MIFA, industrial trials …
•Responsible for the launch planning and budget from definition till execution 
•Participate in the development of Make or Buy strategy in accordance with Purchasing, Program and Plant(s)
•Starting from phase 3, be responsible for HSE and ergonomic convergence in the Plant
To do so:
•Define the Industrial Development support team required resources in terms of workload, competencies and profiles
•Manage the industrial development support team to ensure Industrial Development and Plant launch readiness by conducting reviews, assigning tasks, driving accountability and preparing launch related staffing and training plans


Approval of the following Process Development activities upstream:

•Acquisition Workshop (Acquisition EDW) if applicable
•Equipment Design Workshop (EDW)
•Cardboard Workshop (CW)
•Equipment list
•HSE and ergonomic convergence until GR2b


Management of launch activities at the Plant:

•Complete the Industrial Development support team with required resources (internal / external) in terms of workload, competencies and profiles
•Liaise with Production and PC&Ls to plan production related runs / trials
•Be responsible for the installation and launch of production equipment and tooling at the Plant
•Provide resources to the Program Manufacturing Leaders / EPL Process for the first set-up of tools
Support the production during the ramp-up after the handover to the Plant


Leadership for all Industrial Development Program objectives at the Plant:

•The IPM / IPL performance is evaluated based on work package OTD, Launch status (PLR, Launch Book), Launch Cost, respect of CAPEX
•Optimize the CAPEX through the footprint, capacity analysis and the equipment selection
•Ensure the Industrial Development milestones are passed successfully and on time
•Report all Industrial Development risk analyses and associated action plans
•Report on Plant launch activities to the Plant Manager
The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • Master's Degree in Engineering or applicable work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Production are, including one position in Manufacturing Engineering
  • Experience in program launch
  • Leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills, ability to manage functional network and line management
