Your position and environment?

 

Our Faurecia Interior Systems Business Group – North America Operations Division is looking for you as an Injection Process Engineer VIE m/f for our Site in Louisville, Kentucky, USA.

Your role and responsibilities?

 

Your main missions will be divided in the following subjects

 Series production

  • Equipment and tooling follow-up
  • Update manufacturing routines and work instructions
  • Keep processes (machines, tools, procedures) at best possible level in compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental regulations and Quality, Cost & Delivery  (QCD)
  • Monitor capacity utilization
  • Create and introduce procedures regarding the tasks of injection molding process
  • Support problem solving initiatives

Continuous improvement process:

  • Support the continuous improvement process

Reporting

  • Manage key indicators (TRS: change over, cycle time, reliability…)
  • Participate to the daily production meetings: Top5, Stop Scrap, QRCI


The mission will last 18 months.

Who are you?

  • At least 2 years of experience in production area
  • Master’s Degree in Plastics processing
  • Leadership skills and international mindset
  • Ability to interface with other functions - Networking capabilities.
  • Fluent in English
