The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

Your position and environment?

 

Our Faurecia Automotive Seating - Europe Seating Division is looking for you as a VIE Junior Sales Engineer m/f for our Site in Neuburg (Munich area), Germany.

Your role and responsibilities?

 

The Junior Sales Engineer Audi is working with and learning from the Program Sales Lead Engineer Audi within Faurecia Automotive Seating. He reports to the Program Sales Lead Engineer and will work on different Sales Management objectives during the period of employment.

The VIE will start with an orientation phase supporting the Sales Organization. After those Sales Fundamentals, based on skill and interest, the candidate will manage specific Program Sales.

 

Your main missions will be to

  • In association with the Development Team, Plant Team, Costing and other Program Core Team member etc., apply the Group standards (Faurecia Excellence System and Program Management System) in order to ensure the commercial viability of a program during series production
  • Ensure permanent contact with various internal and external departments.
  • Negotiate parts and tooling costs in consultation with the Sales Lead Engineer and the Customer
  • Coordinate the implementation of technical and commercial offers.  

The mission will last minimum 18 months (possibility to extend once until 24 months).

Who are you?

  • Master's Degree in Engineering and/or Economical back ground with a specialization in Sales
  • Results orientation with strong written and oral communications skills
  • First experience in sales and in an industrial environment
  • International mindset, strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in English and ideally first German skills
