Your position and environment?


Our Faurecia Clean Mobility (FCM) Business Group – North America (NAO) Division is looking for you as a VIE Lean Manufacturing Engineer m/f for our Production plant in Franklin, OH (USA).


Your role and responsibilities?


Your main missions will be to


  • At Plant level, provide FES&P expertise including Health and Safety, Quality, Production, Control & Logistics (PC&L) and Production system based on Lean Manufacturing principles to contribute to achieve operational business targets.
  • Contribute to the Plant cost budget construction & achievement.
  • Follow up of the FES&P deployment plan, to support the Plant Improvement Plan (PIP) execution.
  • Provide, according to the needs, FES&P knowledge and skills to the plant team through training, coaching and education.
  • Propose and promote best practices within the Plant (FES&P Network)
  • Lean and Digital Transformation
  • Participate in Division level workshops to test the new ”lean concept” or advanced tools.




The mission will last 18 months.




Who are you?


  • Master's degree / Engineering diploma
  • Fluent in English and a good level in German
  • Good communication skills
  • First experience in Lean Manufacturing would be great
