Your position and environment?

    

Our Faurecia Interior Systems Business Group – Europe Division is looking for you as a VIE - Lean Manufacturing & Productivity Engineer m/f for our Site in Scheuerfeld, Germany.

  

 

Your role and responsibilities?

 

The main mission of the Lean Manufacturing & Productivity Engineer is to drive the implementation of all elements of the Faurecia Excellence System (FES) on our plants in Germany, Poland and Belgium. 

   

Your main missions will be to 

  • Use their FES Experience, contribute to the building of the site and departmental improvement Plans.
  • Plan, organize and execute all FES related training for the site.
  • Support the Management team in the application of FES methodologies and tools through their active participation on the Shopfloor.
  • Ensure FES standards are used in all gaps, support groups and in management oversight.
  • Drives rigorous deployment and use of metrics for all functions, resulting in clear direction for continuous improvement efforts.
  • Transfer their knowledge and experience to Plant Personnel through shopfloor improvement activities and training events.
  • Actively participate in the Division FES Specialist network, to ensure their own knowledge of Group Standards and best practices is developed. 

The mission will last 12 months.

 

 

Who are you?

  • Master's degree / Engineering diploma
  • Fluent in English and a good level in German
  • Good communication skills
  • First experience in Lean Manufacturing would be great
